GuestMeadow does not switch on checkout just because a listing exists. Direct booking opens only for an approved property after calendar, payout, tax, policy, and booking-readiness checks are complete.
Marketplace listings have no monthly listing charge during beta. Optional guest-guide subscriptions and any approved direct-booking fees are separate.
