Terms of Service

1. The service

GuestMeadow lets vacation-rental hosts and small property managers create digital guest guides for their properties, accessible to guests via a link or QR code without requiring a guest account.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

GuestMeadow plans are billed annually in advance through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for the applicable plan price, including renewals unless you cancel before the renewal date. Introductory or promotional pricing (such as the Founding Host offer) applies only to the period stated at signup; subsequent renewals bill at the plan's standard price unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase.

You can view your subscription status and manage or cancel your subscription from your dashboard. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial subscription periods.

4. Plan limits

Each plan includes a maximum number of properties as described on our Pricing page. We enforce these limits on our servers; if you need more properties than your current plan allows, you'll need to upgrade.

5. Your content

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into your property guides (such as check-in instructions, house rules, and emergency information) and for making sure it is appropriate to share with your guests. You retain ownership of the content you submit; you grant us a license to host and display it as necessary to provide the service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use GuestMeadow to publish unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content, to misrepresent a property, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

7. Availability

We work to keep GuestMeadow available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not offer a formal uptime service-level agreement at this time.

8. Disclaimers

GuestMeadow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from using the service, including but not limited to guest satisfaction, review scores, or booking revenue. GuestMeadow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Airbnb, Vrbo, or any booking platform.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuestMeadow and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

You may stop using GuestMeadow and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GuestMeadow after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
