Put your vacation rental in front of travelers without another monthly listing bill.
Create a public property page, add approved photos, publish when you are ready, and receive stay inquiries. Marketplace listings are free during the beta. Guest-guide subscriptions are separate and optional.
No card is required to create a marketplace-only property. Direct booking is available only for properties that complete GuestMeadow's booking-readiness gates.
Listing is free. When a direct booking is enabled, GuestMeadow's standard fees are 2.5% to the host and 9% to the traveler on nightly charges and any cleaning fee. Taxes are separate and shown before payment.

Name the property
GuestMeadow creates the unique public link and keeps unfinished work private.

Add seven facts and a real photo
Enter the public location, description, rate, guest capacity, beds, bathrooms, and minimum stay. Optional details can wait. At least one photo must pass review.

Confirm and publish
GuestMeadow shows exactly what is missing and publishes only after your details, approved photo, and host authorization are ready.

Get ready to be paid
Connect your calendar and a verified Stripe payout account. GuestMeadow keeps checkout blocked until availability, tax, policy, and payment checks are complete.
Private guest details stay separate
Public marketplace pages do not expose Wi-Fi passwords, access instructions, emergency details, private calendar URLs, or other private guest-guide content.
Booking readiness is fail-closed
GuestMeadow does not show direct checkout until verified availability, Stripe payout readiness, taxes, and cancellation-policy gates are satisfied.
Already listed elsewhere?
Not another calendar to update by hand.
Keep Airbnb, Vrbo, your direct site, and the channel manager you already use. Connect a private iCal export from your current calendar system, and GuestMeadow refreshes blocked dates automatically and checks the feed again before checkout.
You still control your GuestMeadow listing details, pricing, policies, and photos. Airbnb or Vrbo links are optional private references in your workspace; GuestMeadow does not scrape them or synchronize listing content from other platforms.
You maintain
The facts travelers see, your rates and fees, booking policies, photos, and any dates you choose to block manually.
GuestMeadow handles
Calendar refreshes, live date checks before payment, booking totals, and Stripe payment routing after every readiness check passes.
