Private iCal availability sync

Connect Airbnb and Vrbo calendars without copying listing content

GuestMeadow uses standard private iCal exports to refresh occupied dates. The calendar connection is separate from your public listing and does not scrape property descriptions, photos, prices, or guest information.

Marketplace listings have no monthly listing charge during beta. Optional guest-guide subscriptions and any approved direct-booking fees are separate.

What hosts get

Another useful channel, without pretending it runs itself

Up to five private feeds

A host can combine supported iCal exports from Airbnb, Vrbo, a direct site, or a channel manager when the property is distributed across multiple calendars.

Only blocked dates become public

GuestMeadow never publishes the private feed URL or imports guest names, contact details, payment information, or private reservation notes into the public calendar.

Fail-closed date handling

If a required feed is stale or unsuccessful, GuestMeadow does not represent date-search results as verified availability for direct checkout.

A clear path

How it works

  1. 1

Export a private iCal link from the calendar provider or channel manager.

  2. 2

Paste the private feed into the property's availability settings and run a sync.

  3. 3

Review imported blocks and keep manual blocks for dates that should remain unavailable.

Straight answers

Frequently asked questions

Can I paste my public Airbnb or Vrbo listing URL?

Not for calendar synchronization. Public listing pages are rejected. GuestMeadow needs the private iCal export generated by the calendar provider.

Does calendar sync copy guest information?

No. GuestMeadow imports only the timing needed to block occupied dates. Public feeds and outbound calendars exclude private guest and payment data.

Is calendar sync instant?

No iCal system should be treated as instant. GuestMeadow refreshes feeds on its schedule and performs an additional current check before an enabled checkout.
