Property amenities

0 selected

Choose only amenities that are present, working, allowed for guest use, and accurately described. Accessibility features should be measured and confirmed rather than assumed.

Accuracy matters more than the count

An amenity should be included only when it is present, functioning, available to guests, and described with any important limits. A long list creates disappointment if the property cannot deliver it.

Be precise about safety and accessibility

Disclose cameras, water hazards, stairs, shared areas, and equipment rules clearly. Do not label a property accessible based on a general impression. Measure entrances, routes, parking, doorways, bathrooms, and sleeping areas before making specific accessibility claims.

Publish the amenities travelers should see

Use this checklist to organize the property, then add the accurate selections, photos, rules, and sleeping details to a GuestMeadow listing.
